App genuinely is broken. Weather you are scrolling past a pic, sending a pic, or trying to send a simple text, this "new", separate app from the original, is broken. If you're scrolling past a picture that's at the bottom of your feed, you WILL have an error, the app will auto close/minimize, and you'll have to reopen it. This happens REPEATEDLY without fail. For some ungodly reason, two of my friends are able to send pictures just fine. Me? No. I have a file error for png, AND Jpeg file types.

Worse chat app ever made that wasn't needed. Use to be all in one. Now you need this for chatting with friends, which, BTW is a headache to sign in half the time, looses connection pretty often, freezes up and in every way/shape/ and form, is Worse than the old steam app, been trying to sign in for 30 minutes now and the steam guard code isn't generating for the request. You think with all the incredible devs at valve that it would be great, nope. It's garbage, go back to old version please

The ability to send photos stopped working. Every time I try to send a picture, a window will pop up that simply reads "error." I tried just about every remedy you could think of. Uninstalling and reinstalling, giving complete permissions, clearing cache and data, restarting my phone, etc. Nothing works. It's a shame, but I have to give the app a very low rating. If you want to chat with your Steam friends, I recommend just giving them your account info for another chat app.
