Not exactly. Loóna isn’t a list of direct "go-to-sleep" techniques that beats insomnia, but rather a soothing pod, a sleep aid or mood-altering app. Stay calm and relieve anxiety during the day by listening to ocean waves, wind sounds, and other relax melodies and prepare yourself to fall asleep easily in the evening with the help of sleepscape, bedtime stories, sleep music and coloring, soothing sounds and calming sleep games.

WHY IS BEDTIME MOOD IMPORTANT?
Negative emotions we accumulate during the day are processed and consolidated by our brain during sleep making them more difficult to disassociate from when faced again in the future making it hard to fall asleep. I'm leaving my original review up but it's been nearly a year with no new content it seems abandoned. I'll keep it for one more year but will not be renewing my subscription next year. I'm sad to see it go. (Original review) Let me start with its a great app and has helped me get to sleep. The breathing exercises are extremely helpful as well! There's a lot of options to choose from! There's something for everyone!

Best sleep app and so unique compared to others. Love all the features. Very relaxing and I find myself looking forward to going to bed just to have a story with sounds and coloring. Wish I could set alarms differently for different days but I know it's to encourage you to go to sleep and wake up around the same time of day/evening. I love Loona! Thank you! Edit: I do wish there was a search function for the music feature! Another edit: It would be nice to be able to make a Playlist and shuffle

I originally have the app 5 stars. It really does help with sleep, but after a year, I canceled my subscription before it renewed. They never release new sleep scapes. If you do them every night, like you're supposed to, you end up doing them all over and over, and it stops helping. I love the app, but it's been seven months since we got an update, which doesn't feel worth $40. If they start doing regular updates, one a month maybe, I'd definitely come back.
